Activation Sequence for Awakening Instrument Consciousness
Dr. Hope Rising (hopehuirising.com) is the creative director of OM Creation Studio, a multi-media performing and visual arts organization that uses Triune Yoga as a Universal Creative Law to help conscious cocreators create conscious creations as directors, performers, and the audience. As a choreographer, Hope specialized in improvisational techniques, creative arts therapy, and Laban Movement Analysis. Her movement teaching is influenced by her training in contact improvisation, neurophysiology, Yoga, contemporary dance, such as Limón, Cunningham, and Graham, and somatic practices, including the Feldenkrais Method, Body-Mind Centering, and the Alexander Technique. Dr. Rising is a registered yoga teacher and the inventor of Triune Yoga.
Hope has practiced CI in Pennsylvania, Oregon, California, Texas, Italy, and Spain since 2011. Her CI teaching is influenced by her studies in partnering yoga and dance and the teaching of many impactful CI practitioners from around the world, such as Félix Arjona and Sarah Gottlieb from Spain, Yochai Ginton from Israel, Alessandro Rivellino from Brazil, Angela-Mara Florant from France/Germany, Rene Alverez, Anya Cloud, and Ishmaeil Houston-Jones from the U.S.
In 2012, she created an interdisciplinary class at the University of Oregon where she used Triune Yoga as the improvisational process for the dharmic theater to engage dance, choreography, filmmaking, and design students in improvisational performances as a public practice that transforms the performers, the audience, and the public realm. She has used the process to intersect movements, neurophysiology, and design for her teaching and research at various universities. Most recently, she was invited by the National Institute of Health to present her research on the use of evidence-based principles from neurophysiology to integrate movements with fractal sounds and conscious pathways to enhance human adaptive capacities to respond to stressors.
In addition to showcasing her choreography as a dancer and choreographer in Washington D.C. and New York, Dr. Rising also performed her music compositions in India, Brazil, Spain, Australia, and the U.S. Her improvisational composition and performance with her Indian Fusion band for the Musical entitled “OM Creation: SatChiAnanda” were created using Triune Yoga as a process of collective creativity. The opening soundtrack for the Musical was nominated for the Independent Music Award. As a designer and visual artist, Hope has won competitions and designed award-winning performance spaces and art installations for the St. Paul Public Art, the Union Colony Civic Center for Performing Arts in Greely, Colorado, the American University Katzen Performing Arts Center in Washington D.C., the Wharf District Park in Boston, and the John Carlyle Square in Alexandria, VA

Triune Yoga is an embodied theory of bringing higher consciousness down to transform matter. Established in Being (Witness Consciousness), perform action (Instrument Consciousness). Actions lead to counteractions to restore grace from the fall, balance darkness with light, and uplift us back to the Source (Unity Consciousness) to bring Heaven on Earth.
Part I (5:30 – 6:00 p.m.): During the first part of each workshop, we will explore synchronization of ocean wave breath, bandhas (body locks), with assisted stretches and asanas from Triune Yoga. Triune Yoga, as a body-mind centering technique, helps restore our natural body alignment, balance both hemispheres of our brain, and uplift our cerebrospinal fluid towards the human magnetite in the oldest part of our brain to establish our being in the Source. Sound healing and inversion therapy from Chinese, Indian, and Greek lineages will be used to facilitate the reception of planetary frequencies by the human magnetite, corresponding secretions from the pineal and pituitary glands, and the returning cerebrospinal fluid back to the base of spine.
Part II (6:00 – 6:30 p.m.): During the second part of each workshop, participants will improvise authentic movements from their individual gene keys and counter movements from the gene keys of their programing partners to generate conscious partnering movements that restore, balance, and uplift both contact improvisers and the audience.
Part III (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.): During the third part of each workshop, participants will improvise authentic movements from a score that explores the triune aspect of human metamorphosis as sequential DNA transmutations associated with the opening of seven seals. The score will use Laban Movement Analysis as a framework to provide improvisational cues for engaging our lower self and higher Self to facilitate an inner alchemy of rebirthing our inner child from our inner masculine and feminine with a new script from the Source.
Part IV (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.): Combining Part II and Part III with spatial, pathway, and improvisational cues from the gene keys’ condon rings for solo, duet, and group improvisations.
Improvisations will be recorded by the instructors to analyze patterns of potential individual and/or collective physical, mental, and emotional blockages for release. In addition, the recordings will be used to generate gesture movement cues to develop the characters for the musical film “Triune Ascension Origin (TAO).” TAO aims to use the authentic expressions of the 192 human design archetypes from the triune aspects of 64 gene keys from I Ching (Book of Changes) to help activate and transmute humanity’s collective gene pool towards its next evolutionary destiny of living a life divine on a new Earth as Heaven.
