Dr. Rising is a certified teacher for yoga and Nuad Bo-Rarn, a form of passive yoga used by Buddha’s physician to prepare him for meditation. Her yoga teaching and adjustment style were influenced by David Swanson and Ricky Tran. Hope had practiced various forms of Vinyasa Krama yoga between 2000 and 2007 as a form of self-care when she was a professional dancer and choreographer in Washington D.C. and New York. She has maintained a daily yoga practice for 15 years after having studied Ashtanga Yoga with Guruji, Sharath, and Saraswati in Mysore and Monica in Auroville in India from 2007 and 2010. In India, Dr. Rising also traveled extensively to learn from masters in Ayurvada, pranayama, meditation, chanting, yoga philosophy, and Indian music. Three states of consciousness (instrument, witness, and unity) form the basis of Triune Yoga that Dr. Rising invented from integrating various forms of psychosomatics from the East and the West with the Triune Brain Theory from Neuroscience and the teaching of the Holy Spirit, Christ, and Sophia
